How long will it take for my hens and ducks to begin laying?

How long will it take for my hens and ducks to begin laying? i bought 5 hens and 2 ducks yesterday. i was told there about 8 weeks old so how long will it be before i get eggs? here is a pic

I had chicks that hatched last July and they started laying the beginning of March. I think its about six months old but I think mine took longer because of the very cold weather. Hope this helps.

depending on the breed
from 20 weeks and up to 26
